Great fit
After I bought others that did not work this one fit exactly

Here are instructions Square Bore Manifold to Quadrajet Carb
Great adapter but minus a star for no instructions and it can be confusing figuring out the puzzle so here you go: 1. Turn the adapter over, put the coarse nuts in the hex holes on the underside of the adapter 2. Put the intake gasket on the underside of the adapter, which will hold the nuts in place as you turn the adapter over and lay on the intake 3. Screw the coarse end of the studs into the nuts under the intake with just a couple of turns, long studs up front. Make sure the studs don't start lifting the adapter! 4. Install and tighten the flathead screws through the top of the adapter into the intake through the outer holes 5. Install the Quadra jet gasket and install the carburetor using the fine thread nuts and lock washers on top.
