I'll start off by saying I normally wear a New Balance walking shoe in size 11 6E. So it might come to no surprise that an 11 in this shoe wasn't going to fit. I ended up using Amazon's Find your Fit tool and it told me that a size 12 would be the rough equivalent. It was for the most part as far as width was concerned however my foot is also tall but after wearing them around the house to break them in they became pretty comfortable. The shoe itself is great. I like the stitching, the design of the sole and the materials my only real complaint and the reason it's getting four stars instead of five is that where the tongue is attached to the shoe has extra material that painfully puts pressure on the toe joints on the sides of the feet. This probably wouldn't be a problem with normal feet but it was for myself. This was easily fixed with a pair of diagonal cutting pliers, the excess material isn't the start of the stitch so I don't think removing it will affect the integrity of the shoes. It's something that should have been done at the factory. As for nitpicks, I could do without the Crossfit branding.Edit 12-21-15: A bit of an update. After about two months the right shoe's leather started to tear near start of the toe cap on the right side. It's not near my modification so that wasn't what caused it. The likely culprit is my overly large right foot so I'm not changing the stars given. It probably was only a matter of time.

No arch = great for powerlifting, potentially a daily alternative for Chucks.
Overall:These shoes are FLAT with a very small rise to the heel. These are powerlifting shoes (I wear them for squats and deadlifts) but I could see them becoming daily shoes for people who like Chucks but want an updated design. I'm on the verge of ordering several pairs for daily wear to keep these clean for the gym.My Reebok Crossfit Lite TR (7 Mens) compared to my Converse Chucks (7.5 Mens):Reeboks shoes have a wider toe area that doesn't squish my foot.Reebok's heel is skinnier and has more support (thicker material).Reebok has a padded tongue so you can go looser with the laces and they don't want to flop off.Reebok has "proper length" laces compared to Chucks where I'm double-knotting just so they don't drag on the ground.I also have a 7.5 pair of Reebok Lite TR high tops but they are too long. Turns out the extra .5 size in Chucks I wear is specifically to get the extra width I need. No worries, the 7.5 Reeboks are in the closet until winter when thicker socks can take up the slack.UPDATE: I bought a size 7.5 in the low top and they fit perfectly. Maybe the high tops I got were over-sized... Either way, I wear these as everyday shoes now.

Not as wide as they look.
First off I didn't purchase these for working out. I don't cross fit. That said I can't imagine working out in them. They actually hurt my feet as soon as I put them on. I got them because they appeared like they had a wide toebox and I have wide feet. They also have a low heel to toe drop and I like a more minimalist design. I got them to wear as a nice casual shoe. The shoes look good but my issue was with the finish. When the tounge was sewed to the lower there was quite a bit of material that was not trimmed out at both corners and causes pressure behind my toes. Enough so as to make them uncomfortable and they left me with welts after my first extended wear. I cut out the extra material and it has helped. Still not the most comfortable shoe. The toebox is not as wide as it looks and is narrower than my Altras. I even ordered a half size up. I got them for under $45 bucks so I did get quite a deal. If it wasn't for that I would have returns them right away. Hopefully they stretch out once I get them broken in. I'd recommend going at least half a size.

Great shoe but maybe not for the cardio days or agility aspect of my work outs. Just for lifts and balance support days.
I would have given these 5 stars if they were advertised as fashion sneakers. Unfortunately I boughtthem for a combination cross fit and cardio (think P90x) training. The wide forefoot makes them about as agile as a swim fin. That being said for any of the lifting or balancing core work they are tremendous. These are well made very attractive and super comfortable, but not a training shoe I would ever choose. That being said I kept them since they are so great looking for casual wear.On an aside after an hour of intense working out they also get very hot due to the material choices. Not a badthing because I am certain they will hold up for those grueling sessions if needed. Be advised very wide stable fore foot low profile shoe, and while it is a wide shoe I would consider it a low volume shoe, if you have a high instep there is little room between tongue and toe box.

The best powerlifting shoes ever made
The best powerlifting shoes ever made. Better than Metal's given the price.Reviews complain about the appearance but the shoes are foot shaped, like Altra running shoes. That is excellent. Some complain about the tightness over the foot but that helps due to a lack of metatarsal strap. Gives feedback to keep the foot down and helps to do so.The sticky effect (huge benefit) isnt really from the suction cup tread but the difference in firmness between the edges of the sole and the center. That creates a grabbing effect with the floor.Where Chuck Taylors arent great for running (despite being the same sole as minimalist shoes) due to a rubber toe and no room for the foot to expand, these have corrected the shortcomings, making them much more versatile.Materials are top notch. Fit is great if you actually know your true shoe size. Laces tighten consistently. Flexibility is noticeable despite the firm sole. The low top is a better option than high tops given zero need for ankle stability, especially if one combines slow and fast lifts.

Good for weight training and walking
Great shoe for what I use for, which is weight training. I have not been a big Reebok enthusiast in the past. It says crossfit but I don't think they would be good for fast movement such as aerobics or especially running. Good for walking around the gym or walking period. Nice and roomy. Besides that, they are stylish. Unsure about arch support. I've never had a problem with arches, so I never pay much attention. They respond well to different positions. I did calf raises today and they were not stiff. I think I made a good investment for what I will use them for.
