Paramount Roman Column 1897 Candlestick Reproduction Phone

Very satisfied with the product. It is as it appears in the ad. The phone feels solid and is comfortable to hold. There is a noticable deficit in the audio quality and others can tell when I am on the phone with them but I bought it for it's decorative appeal and in that it succeeds nicely.

I have never seen a nicer reproduction of a candlestick phone before. This looks very rich, high quality and is a nice piece to have and display in your home or office. Although the phone actually is a working phone, the hearing aspect of the phone is not very loud and cannot be adjusted. Again, we bought this phone for the beauty and the display piece. If you add this to your collection you will be very pleased!

Fell apart moments after opening. Really cheaply made... For decoration, great. Not for practical use. PS, the ringer is obnoxious as all get-out

I cannot believe how this cheap, thrown together phone, can look so good from the outside and be garbage inside. I got mine for Christmas last year, not 9 months ago, and rarely do I use it. Notice the wobbly cradle? I heard a beeping last night, went on for hours until I found the receiver cradle not all the way down, it was off the hook. This cradle is held in by a too short little metal shaft, a spot of glue on each end to hold it in. Good thing i'm handy or this would have been nothing more than a dust collector. Second thought, it Will be a shelfed piece because it will break again.
