I liked the fact that the item works as it's supposed to. The price was fair as well. Great product.

I've purchased this exact same product before and it worked fine. However, this time the cartridges don't insert fully into the printer. You are supposed to put them in and then slide them forward to lock into place, but they won't slide forward enough, so you can't close the side panel of the printer. I spent way too much time messing with this, but I give up. Time to send them back and try a different brand.

No problem at all with the cartridges . Don’t pay 5 times as much at the Dell store online.👍

These work fine, but the issue I have is that the plastic part that slides in to lock nearly always breaks off when you replace it. So first you will wonder why the new one wont lock, until you realize a piece of plastic is clogging the compartment. You can use a wire and some finesse to work the plastic out, it takes a while but a lucky flick with get it out at some point.So Warning - don't panic if you have this happen, don't destroy your printer, just check the old cartridge and see if a piece broke off, and get a wire and go fishing. Once they are installed everything works, so that's good. I would say they break about 40% of the time. I hope that helps some people and saves some innocent printers.

This is the 2nd set of LD Compatibles for our Dell 2135cn. We were very pleased with the first set we purchased and decided to go with the LD Compatibles again. We use the printer mainly for day to day home use but my wife does also print some color and grayscale documents for work.We have been very pleased with the performance (compatibility) and quality of the output. It seems that these cartridges last just as long as others we have purchased and provide good output.Thanks for the great value!

The price point on these are great. This is in fact my second purchase. I do believe that they in fact yield not as much pages as the original OEM and it should advertise as such. Possibly with a note or a weight comparison. I do not print alot of pictures but I do print graphs, charts, flyers, etc and it works very well for my needs. If I were to purchase new OEM toners I would just go and buy a new printer! I personally cannot notice a difference in quality especially for my presentations. I would order again because it does beat buying OEM... unless its a new printer.I gave it 4 starts because I believe the yield is misleading.

Dell is out of these cartridges (at least in my Country, Mexico, where to their shame I bought the printer), so you saved the day for me and I can happily continue using my Dell 2130cn printer. Shipment was done fast and on time to a friend's home in Florida who in turn Fed-Ex them to me and they worked perfectly well. So congrats ! I will of course buy from you again and recommend everyone to do so with confidence. Final thought though... If only you would ship direct to Mexico... you would increase your market potential by well over 100 million people, where at least 30 million could use your products.

I have a dell 2130cn. These toners are terrible. They are extremely low yield, and do not fit correctly. They are very difficult to install and remove, which makes me worry I may be damaging the printer every time I have to switch them out. The print quality is also quite poor. I got less than 500 copies out of the magenta toner before it had to be replaced again. Definitely do not recommend this toner brand/company. I would have been better off spending five times the price on Genuine Dell Toner, which lasts for several thousand copies and fits properly.EDIT: 5/9/2016 - I purchased a set of toners of a presumably different brand from a different seller, but it was again these same toners. As feared, the replacement only lasted a couple of days (about twenty copies) before I got an error message. After removing the toner, with the intent of returning it, I could no longer close the cradle that holds the toner. The defect in the latch mechanism physically damaged my printer to the point of being unusable. Note that the image of the toners with the blue "latches" is inaccurate and if you get a brightly colored cartridge with a single piece gray latch you should not use it on a Dell 2130cn unless you wish to potentially destroy a perfectly good printer. I sent an email to LD in the hopes of compensation, but have yet to hear back from them.
