I became interested in trying this product when I read how it would help decrease muscle fatigue and aid in muscle recovery. As the wife and I are well over 50, playing a few sets of tennis active tennis became tough and we would pay for it that and the next day. So we gave it a try. We were surprised it seemed to work.We mixed the Atomic 7 in water bottles (it does foam up some but the ribs in the bottles help mix it in or you can wait a few minutes after a vigorous shake for the powder to dissolve), drank a serving before playing, then another after we finished playing. Usually we would have to take a day off after a morning of tennis, now we're good to go for an afternoon round or the next day. We're on the courts 4 or more days a week some times twice a day. With the Atomic 7 our muscles are protected from the adverse affects of playing an all out match.We have been using Atomic 7 for over 4 months now and use the subscribe and save option. If we forget to set up our water bottles, we pay for it the next day. Let me just say we don't leave for the tennis courts without it any more.Oh they included a handy funnel in the container we received this month to go along with the scoop that is provided, so its even easier to prepare our water bottles. Adding the funnel prompted me to provide this review and made it 5+ stars in my book.When you read to product description, it really seems to do all that and I'd recommend anyone give it a try.

Seems to work good so far. Taste is just like lime candy. Only problem is it does not dissolve all the way. It leaves a powdery layer even after letting it sit for 5-10 min in water. Other than that it is a great product.
