Little Colorado Natural Potty Chair with Accessories

This potty chair is awesome! It's made of sturdy smooth wood, easy to assemble, and so easy to clean. It is a welcome change from the more traditional plastic eye sore pottys on the market.As a Montessori preschool teacher I potty-trained dozens of kids and having a toilet the right size for a toddler that they can easily access is key for potty-training success. This chair fits the bill.I noticed some of the other reviewers saying this isn't ideal for little boys, but I can personally attest to the fact there is no splash proof or clean way to potty train little boys. If you're bothered by the mess just have them sit down, otherwise invest in Clorox wipes!

We really wanted to love this chair but from the first use it was clear that this seat is not comfortable at all for our son. It would leave very heavy marks on his bum, especially since at this age they need to sit for a while until things happen... a few minutes on this seat were enough for him to start complaining. We discontinued the use after a few times. We don't love the plastic ones but they are easier on his rear than this one.

Little pricey but sooo cute. Super easy to put together. Potty slides in and out easily. The only downside is not having a splashboard for little boys. Very simple, which I like because I'm not into noise or the "clapping" some "rewarding" potty's on the market have these days.

We love how this chair looks and is beautifully crafted. Unfortunately, the function of it is faulty with the space between the bowl and the seat allowing for urine to seep through the crack. Even with having our child sit upright to assure for urine to stream directly down into the bowl, the urine will frequently run through the crack and puddle on the floor.

My daughter loves her potty chair. Plus it looks great in my home.

I like how sturdy this is, but it doesn't work very well for potty training a little boy

I purchased this for my special needs granddaughter who is almost 3 yrs old. We are very happy with how well it is built and to our delight is now being used by her!

My father got this potty for my sons third birthday three months ago. It is attractive and functional. My son has low tone, is very small for his age and uses a walker to get around. His little plastic potty was to low to the ground for him to easily lower himself onto and he felt unstable sitting on a potty without a back or arm rests. The arm rests on this are a good height for him to lower himself to the potty and sit steadily. The book rack is great to keep his favorite books in. The size is good. My son is barely tall enough and should get to use it for years to come if needed. The only reason I do not give it a five star is that it doesn't come with the removable boy potty shield. It is very difficult to make sure my son is sitting far back enough and everything is pointing in the right direction.
