LOVE THEM!!
I have been looking at these shoes for over a year now and I finally made the purchase. I first saw them in a Reebok store where I tried them on, so I knew what size I needed, how they would fit, et c. The only thing that stopped me then was the price. I try not to pay full price for anything if i can help it. From them on, I was looking for the price to drop, and it did, a couple of times. The issue then became the color ( I know, kind of petty, but the heart wants what the heart wants), and the size. Either the color I wanted wasn't in my size, or the size I wear wasn't available in the color I wanted, but the stars finally aligned, and I got the colors I wanted in the size I needed and I couldn't be any happier with the shoes!! They have a wide toe and flat sole which makes for a great base for squats, and they have a very thin sole, which is perfect for dead lifting! Pardon my excitement, but I have been doing both barefooted up to this point because regular trainers are too narrow and rounded for me personally to get good form on squats and too thick soled for dead lifting. It's nice to not be that weirdo walking around in socks at the gym now.

PERFECT for Crossfit, LOVE them!
At first, I was skeptical about the comfort level of these shoes because they felt so much more hard and stiff than my Nike Cross Training shoes. These shoes have a very well constructed sole (it won't shred when climbing ropes). But I was pleasantly surprised after my first time wearing them to CrossFit. I realized that the stiffness of the soles actually provided a tremendous amount of support and stability for me feet that my other shoes (although very comfortable and flexible...were too soft to provide any real support and have already started falling apart after only 5 months) did not. Usually after jump rope, the muscles in the bottom of my feet start to burn and they hurt for a day or 2 afterwards, but not with these shoes! My feet were well supported, allowing me to rapidly bounce up for the double unders without fatigue, and do double the amount of double unders I was previously able to do. My feet didn't hurt the next day, either (my calves did... but I'm sure thats the preferred muscles to tone anyway)! I typically wear a size 6, I ordered a 6 in these and they fit perfect. I would prefer if they had some sort of arch support but other than that, I have no complaints, these shoes are great!

Bring on the squats
I have been doing Crossfit for about a year now and have been wearing a sort of cross training hiker shoe by Merrill. I started looking to replace these worn out shoes (should have done it awhile ago) and people at the gym were speaking highly of the Reebok Nano. I read reviews saying they were "true to size" but I did not find that to be the case. I ended up ordering a second pair 1/2 size larger, and these seem to work. I do wear an orthotic that typically works in my normal shoe size, though I usually remove the shoe bed and I could not do that in the Reebok. So, if you have an orthotic you may need a little more room. Still, the shoe seems great and I can tell is is more specifically designed for the types of movements we do at Crossfit. Since I just got my larger size today, I can update after I actually complete a few WODs and let you know how they feel.

Better pack extra running shoes just incase.
The media could not be loaded. I have been using these shoes for a couple weeks for crossfit. I really like them for the gym part of crossfit. I feel stable, and able to feel the ground a little better then with my other shoes. My feet fit perfectly, and I really like the boxed toe, which gives you more space to spread them out and get that extra support. Reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because they deff. aren't cardio shoes. Some of the excercises we do are cardio, and even after walking my feet start to get sore. Running is out of the question. These are truly meant for the hardcore workout you get, and not cardio since they are more flat and have less of an arch. I still recommend them though. Just pack your other shoes. =)

Better balance better workouts
Great shoe for gym workouts where balance is a must. I was always losing my balance doing squats and one leg hinges with heavy weights. My trainer felt it was my running shoes that were the problem and recommended I look into a more stable shoe. I now have proper stability when working out with weights and doing balancing moves, I enjoy my workouts more with these shoes. These Reebok's do get quite warm and I would not recommend them to anyone who may get really hot feet or those women who get hot flashes. I wore these right out of the box with no problems. my son loved the look of these shoes as they do remind him of skate boarder shoes. I do not recommend them for long runs only very short runs half to two mile runs. They did not feel that great running more then two miles in them as they just do not offer enough impact support. I have a average width foot and the fit was perfect.

Lots of cushion and support!
I compared this shoe with the Inov-8 and I really appreciate the fact that the Reebok Nano has more cushion and ankle support. As you can see, the sides don't come up high at all, but they feel MUCH higher than the Inov-8 shoes. I have only been doing CrossFit for about five months, so I asked fellow Crossfitters and my coaches which shoe they recommend. This shoe (or any of the Nano line) has been the most common recommendation I've received.I typically wear a size 9 shoe and I ended up with a size 9 in this shoe. When I first tried them on, I worried about it being too tight in the toes (because of the rubber/plastic material that encases it). I was told by my coach (who has the same shoe) that it loosens up a bit and that it is normal when you first wear them. I took her advice, kept my size 9s, and have been thrilled with them. I've worn them for about a month now and they are very comfortable.

Grippy and comfy
Great shoe, grippy, comfortable and stable. I’ve also bought a pair of met cons and they are comparable to them. These ones are a bit more firm in the toe. I typically wear a 9.5 and I bought these in a 10.
