Game changer!!!! So I regally purchased this to make margarita mix which works out ok. I had so much leftover I fever to just try adding a tiny bit to water. It’s strong so you don’t need much. Oh my gosh!!!! It makes the water taste amazing no sugar even needed. So then I ventured into using it in a homemade salad dressing. Boom! Awesome!!!! Jus got lucky discovering this amazing product, telling all my friends as well!

I was very pleased with it. I’ve ordered another powder from this company and was disappointed, but the lime is great! Definitely better than using citric acid. I’ve used it in tea, sauces and guacamole. It has a nice hint of lime without any bitterness.

Ok flavor not super strong but that's adjustable, quality is good as well...I recommend

Perfect for when you need a lime and don't have one. Very fresh flavor. Perfect for drinks, guacamole, desserts, anything that needs lime juice. Very good. One rounded teaspoon equals a half lime. I am grateful for freeze-dried stuff.

If you're looking for Mandarin Orange, this isn't bad (though I've only used a tsp); BUT, if you're looking for LIME, This is NOT it. It just doesn't taste anything like lime. So, if you're OK with any citris, this might do; but for lime flavor, pay more for the True Lime brand. NOTE: Food items can NOT be Returned, so stay away from this product if you desire Lime flavor.

Exactly what we hoped it would be! It’s really just organic powdered Lime. How cool is that? Just stirred into cold water is amazing. Stirring into hot is also great. Sprinkled onto some homemade pastries,, What?!? So many possibilities. Nice Work!!
