Buy this and a better charger.
Get a better charger. It wasn't charging fully or lasting long so the manufacturer suggested a stronger charger and that worked great. The battery is a great value even if you have to get another charger. It works great but the charger is a little cheap and only 900mA. I got a good 2A charger at 42V and it charges up fast and runs a razor dirt bike very well for a good amount of time.

Good battery
Battery does great. Not seems to only charge to 94%. But does last a good while.

BUYER BEWARE
Buyer Beware!!! I received my first battery and all seemed fine at first until I put the battery on the charger. It would not take a full charge. Then once I tried to use it, it didn't last but a couple minutes. Seemed like as soon as you put a load on it the battery instantly depleted itself. Returned the first battery without any issues and once I received the second one, I opened the package to find the battery used and missing the charger. The outside of the battery was beat up and it had two faced tape all over it so you could visually see it was used and installed in something else previously. Will be returning it immediately and getting my money back. Please do not waste your time on the product! You will only be disappointed

Solid battery
Great battery setup. I use it for my homemade "Turtlebox" speaker box.

Not sure what to think!!!
The battery preformed great but after one full charge it will no longer charge the battery and I don’t know if it’s a problem with the battery or the charger

Works good, charger sucks
Battery works great, just make sure to buy a separate charger, the one they give you does not charge it. There was an issue with it not taking a full charge after the first load, but if you get a 42V 2A adapter to go with it, then it will take a full charge.

Excellent, well-built battery with many connector options that meets rated specs
This appears to be a 12s LiFePO4 battery composed of 5Ah 32700 cells. The nominal voltage is actually 38.4V and the fully-charged voltage is 43.8V. The voltage will sag fairly quickly to 40-ish once disconnected from the charger. It's not a huge difference from the claimed 36V, but it's something to keep in mind if your devices are sensitive to this. It includes a number of connection options, including XT30, XT60, and Deans ("t-plug") connectors, along with a Wago-style lever-lock. Additionally, there is a separate 5.5x2.1mm connector for using the included charger. That connector is soldered to the same pads on the BMS as the output lines, so that's another option for low-current power output if you desire. The charger is the usual SMPS wall-wart adapter with an LED to tell you when the current output drops below some arbitrary value so you know when it's charged. The battery is well-constructed, with a layer of padding between the cells and the outer later of heat-shrink wrapping. The cells themselves are secured with a plastic holder and the sense lines are well-affixed with spot welds.
