Awesome motherboard all the way around.

Ive purchased about 3 of the Asrock b850i motherboard for ITX builds, and all ran fine with zero issues. I see other people have issues with them, but I personally have not had any. Be mindful tho, it may still fry 9800x3d cpu's like others have stated. Luck of the draw I guess.

I wanted to give this mother card a decent review, but it died with very little usage. After a month of not being used, I went to turn on the PC and there was no life. I assumed it was a bad PSU, but the PSU works. The motherboard shows no signs of life and won't trigger the PSU on the 24pin connector. I tried two known working PSUs. Very frustrating for a system that was running very stable for the couple weeks I used it. Now I have to go out and purchase another mobo while I wait for this one to get sent back to Asrock USA for a warranty claim. How does a MoBo just die when it's not even being used??? Fingers crossed that it didn't damage any components...

Excelente placa, se siente de muy buena calidad. La BIOS es muy fácil de navegar. Se le instaló un Ryzen 7 9700X con 32Gb RAM xpg blade. No tuvo ningún problema al reconocerlos y activar el Expo a 6000mt con CL 30. Se le instaló también 2 m.2: 1TB WD SN850X para el SO y 2TB Kingston Fury Renegade Se actualizo BIOS a la última versión. Todo funcionando impecable.

Build like a tank. but if you are stuck no debug leds. So you are on your own.

The motherboard really needs to update bios to be compatible to high end gpu. Downloading through usb stick is a nightmare for amateur pc builders. Thank goodness for AI assistance. In my opinion it should be just plug and play most people dont understand bios language. Maybe include a usb flash drive to update bios. Its only a year old MB but it can't handle the latest gpu doesnt make sense at all.

It would be unfair to give this 3 or 4/5 just because mine got messed up and I had to RMA it the first time, it was my fault. This is a great board about equal in build quality to ASUS’ strix boards of which I’ve owned many. Asrock boards were cooking 9800x3ds left and right and still might be, but other brands are as well, just not as frequently. This is a great board and beats ASUS by about $100

Hasta ahora no me ha quemado el procesador, un Ryzen 9600X, al cual le hice undervolt de -30 en “curve optimizer” todos los cores. Actualice a la bios 3.50 antes de configurar e instalar windows.

Pure upgrade from the b650i offering from asrock, adds dp alt mode through the USB port which is great for portable monitors.

Returned mine unopened. Right now this platform is killing cpus and ASRock is avoiding culpability, I would avoid it for the time being until they either replace or actually fix the issue, it's probably bios issue.

La scheda funziona. Non ho motivi per pensare che sia un reso. Recensione positiva. Ho abbinato alla scheda un Ryzen 7 9800x3d e una RTX 5080. Ram 64 gbyte ovviamente ddr5. Sulla M.2 pcie 4.0 ho montato un 990 pro da 2tb e ci ho installato windows e steam. Sulla M.2 pcie 5.0 monterò una 9100 pro da 4 tb o forse da 8tb se scendono i prezzi. La build è destinata al gaming, anche con un visore pimax crystal light che già possiedo.

au début un soucis sur le fonctionnement des ventilateurs qui se lancent puis s’arrête j’ai contacté Asrock maj bios en 3.33et le problème a etait résolu Dans l’ensemble une bonne carte mère au format itx étage d’alimentation suffisante pour un 9700x impeccable achetez les yeux fermés

Board lief sofort. Finde auch gut das die Nvme 5.0 einen Kühlkörper hat und keinen Minilüfter. Secure Boot war deaktiviert, welches ich für Linux ja nicht brauche. Ich habe andere neuere Board's gehabt wo sich Secure Boot nicht mal mehr abschalten konnte.
