Best Bang for your Buck
My review: For starters. i installed the combo on and went to the range. Here’s what I found. The red dot is very bright and sharp, I had no issues picking it up in the full sun, the optic mounted tight and securely to my receiver, the weight is manageable, not light as a feather but not heavy either, the finish was typical of a budget optic, the glass on the RED DOT was very sharp, BUT I wish the glass on the MAGNIFIER was sharper~ it left more to be desired. Overall construction seemed very SOLID. There is a little “play” in the magnifier but I have ZERO complaints and didn’t even notice it while shooting however I would prefer it were a more solid spring hinge. It is a push button design, I would like to see a flip design that doesn’t require the push of a button. Setup was medium difficulty level. I had dark shadow in the lower 1/3 of the glass when first mounted so I added a UTG “low” picatinni riser to bring the glass higher above the receiver and that fixed the issue, I liked that they included a hex screw driver to adjust up/down/left/right of magnifier to get proper center alignment of the red dot paired with the magnifier. It would be more convenient if this adjustment function was a “tool~less” design maybe with turning turrets. One thing i found very helpful was to mount the magnifier as far back on the rail as it would go as well as being the focus ring all the way out. This gave me optimum eye relief and viewing. One thing I was disappointed about was the low light transmission, I noticed at dusk it was noticeably dark. My favorite feature of all besides the very bright red dot was the 5x magnification. For this reason I can’t justify spending so much more for anything with less. Overall, I was surprised how much I liked the form and function of this setup. Also, I very much like how it looks. Side by side with optics of higher price, a person would not be able to distinguish a noticeable difference. I’m a world of very expensive things, I’m impressed with the high quality level and low affordable price of this setup. The pro’s: 1.) PRICE (every other magnifier I see online is like $300) 2.) VERSATILITY: zoom range is 1-5x (way more glass than the others which are normally 3x. Cons: 1.) low quality glass 2.) poor light transmission at dusk I rate this optic a SOLID 8/10 overall. I’m very surprised and pleased with how it preformed. I was going to give it a 4-star Amazon rate but the low price tag compared to what you’re getting raised the value level enough in my mind to give it a low 5-star. I don’t believe you will be disappointed in any way with this product. Personally I had my doubts at first but after running several hundred rounds through it, I loved it more and more. Hopefully in the future Feyachi continues to improve their product and enhance the user experience even more.

Great product at a great price point
Installed on a 9mm PCC Ruger takedown today. For the price point you cannot beat this. Rated for airsoft but I suspect it'll be fine on a 9mm or similar recoil rifle. If it doesn't work well I'll come back and adjust the review. I have the Holosun equivalent installed on several other rifles and love that setup but at 25% of the cost this is a no brainer for a rifle here and there. Install was easy altho I will say it takes up a lot of real estate on the rail. The 9mm PCC Ruger doesn't have a long rail but I got it on there. The image is sharp, zoom and focus work great, alignment is dead on. Relief is a bit close but on a 9mm you don't worry about recoil smacking your eye socket. Been skeptical about some of these cheaper optics here on Amazon but I'm very happy with this product thus far.

Great product that didn't break my wallet
So I got this sight around a month ago and in that time ive been happily surprised at how good it is and what I paid for it. Both the red dot and magnifier have fairly good construction, the red dot is very bright and clear even on a bright day in the sun. The battery life seems pretty good so far, its very clear. I really enjoy the magnifier, it has a natural feel to flip up or down and does what it needs to do perfectly well. The only issue ive had at all is the magnifier, because of its flip to side mount, has a small wiggle to it. It honestly doesnt come up often but I thought id note it here. I only noticed it when on the highest magnification and wemt to turn it down while looking through it, it moves a bit in either direction but settles back as soon as you release it. Small gripe that could probably be fixed with a plastic shim or something but its not a big enough issue for me to bother with it. Short and sweet, I think this is a really good product. Its reasonably priced with a good build quality and will do exactly what you want it to without breaking the bank.

Probably better for Airsoft
This product looks great on my AR-15 but as far as operating efficiently on it, no. Not a bad price very nice and sleek design. But it’s not designed for use on a firearm. It stays zeroed in for a few shots and then the reticle drifts off. Again it’s a great product, just not for this application. I have since mounted this optic on my Airsoft Scar-L and it works wonderfully.

great idea!! Bad Execution
watched a couple of reviews on youtube, and read all the reviews on Amazon. boy are they wrong. Put this on my M4 Carbine 5.56/223 until i can save for better quality site. Sited in at 25yds then at 50 yds. these were not horrible. Moved out to 100 yds and there was problem 1. As you can see from the photo this thing will not hold zero at 100yds. it is all over the map. Started out good for about the first 6 shots then got worse. Just to make sure it was not me i moved back to 25 and fifty and shot with iron sites and as you can see my shot groups with iron sites are good. I was going to iron site it at 100 but ran out of ammo. The other issues with this package the magnifier. I was able to get the magnifier to focus on the target or the red dot but could not get both clear together. Also the magnifier would not focus at 5x on either the target or the red dot so 5x was useless. The focus on the magnifier at the front is so touchy, the slightest adjustment brought things out of focus. Another issue with the magnifier is at 1.5x you adjust the focus and get it just right, but each time you adjusted the zoom to a different power you had to play with the focus to get it just right which was a pain considering how touchy it is. and when i say each time i mean you go to 2x from 1.5 you had to adjust, you go from there to 3x another adjust and so on. I would not recommend this optic to anyone. No fault to the seller but the manufacturer failed big time on this design for both the red dot and the magnifier.

This was a great purchase. The only reason for 4 stars is that the eye relief on the magnifier is very close. Other than that great product. ** Edit june 19th 2022. I tried to install on a rifle today but the magnifier does not line up with the red dot when in fully locked position. The magnifier must be unlocked and raised to line up, meaning the magnifier is useless because the slightest bump will move it. I am removing stars because of this fact. ***edit 2*** Nov. 3rd 2022. I am adding the stars back to this review. I reached out to feyachi and told them of my issue. They immediately sent me a new magnifier and it is dead on. This is a+++ service right here. Don't hesitate to purchase as they will make sure you are happy with it.

So they are both solid, robust. The red dot mounted on mini 14 and its held its zero for over a year ( ON THE SAME RETICLE) on that note, you will lose your zero changing reticle since the reticles change in a circular motion. That being said, just pick your favorite and stick with it. The battery life is good, just keep up with turn it off. Light settings are awesome. The FACT that the reticle WILL be bigger at 200-300 meters is normal, but it has its limits. Very happy with it, for the price I can't complain. Also the magnifier locks in position very well and solid and very clear picture. Dont write reviews often but this is worth the purchase.

I read a couple reviews on here mentioning the bad interaction between the magnifier and the red dot, but I ignored them. I should have listened, because I would not have bought this. It sits between the position of "would not buy it" but also "not really worth driving to the post office to return". I'm not sure if my magnifier is faulty, but I will try to return this. The red dot is good for the price. It has a large viewing area, and several different reticules. I found both of the circular reticules to be blurry and hard to see, but the dot and cross work. The magnifier is really bad. The eye relief range is extremely tight, and a movement of what feels like a few millimeters completely blocks the vision. The adjustment screws to center the reticule do not go far enough, so the sight is permanently shifted to the side. At 1.5x, it makes the reticule clearer and gives a better field of view, but at 5x the magnifier is completely useless. The reticule becomes a smeared blur across the majority of the view, and the focus can never actually get things to show up clearly.

The reflex sight is not bright enough for outdoor use even on the brightest setting. It is also not a clearly formed image with obvious ghosting which is only intensified with the magnifier. The windage and elevation also do not hold - it seems the reflex sight is not suitable for use on an actual firearm. The magnifier is quite nice, the flip-out mount is handy as well. I will say that after a few months of sporadic use, the magnifier developed a loose lens inside the tube - someone else has posted a nice video of that in a review. The end result was changing the variable magnification moved the sight picture around. **HOWEVER - I contacted Feyachi about this, they responded quickly, asked me to send photos or videos showing the issue if possible and then sent me a replacement unit and did not require return of the faulty unit. This is fantastic customer service and will keep me as a loyal customer. TLDR: Buy the M37 separately and pair with a Feyachi red dot but avoid the RS-30 Reflex sight for a real firearm - might be good for airsoft though.
