I like the performance of the Orico D10 M.2 SSD drive. I wanted to try an M.2 SSD drive to see how well they work and the speed is really great and super easy to install. I have been using the Orico D10 SSD for experiments with my Windows and Linux computers and with my Over The Air Digital TV Tuner. It has worked very well with all devices. The first thing I did when I opened the package was to install the Orico D10 into a USB M.2 SSD drive adapter and mount, partition and format the drive. I then tested it using two computers and to record TV programs. The speed of the drive is impressive and most noticeable when setting it up to record a TV broadcast, the response time is only 2 to 3 seconds to start a recording session. I usually use an External USB 3.0 enclosure with a SATA Hard Drive which takes about 30 seconds to be recognized by the DVR and another 30 seconds to start recording. I like the Orico D10 M.2 SSD drive. Now that I think of it, an M.2 SSD drive in a USB enclosure might work extremely well for musicians that use USB Thumb Drives to transfer data to and from there computer and MIDI gear also, because of the extreme speed and capacity of M.2 SSD drives. These sticks are awesome. As soon as I installed it my computer flet like it was new again. It really makes it go faster with virtually no problems like I had befor. High recommend.

on my 2015 macbook pro with a m.2 to apple blade adaptor it works great !!! two times the speed and four times the storage ! what's not to love about it . so far it has worked great , i could not recommend it more , i have been using it cense april 2025 with no issues it just work's

Very easy to use 2 TB NVMe SSD that is fast to run and transfer data as well as boot up the laptop. It boosts performance of the laptop quite a bit. It is durable to use in long run.

I'm using this as the main storage for a Raspberry PI running Home Assistant. It operates as well as some devices that are more expensive. I would purchase this again.

I nodded ny pi500 to allow an NVME drive and didn't want to spend to much. This drive was ideal. Speeds are good enough for its purpose. I've bought several Orico devices in the past, and have been happy with them.

Ho acquistato questo ORICO SSD M.2 NVMe da 256GB e l’ho montato nella docking station UGREEN per Mac mini M4: fa egregiamente il suo dovere e anche qualcosa in più. Le prestazioni sono ottime per la sua fascia: è veloce, reattivo e stabile, perfetto per archiviazione, progetti di lavoro, librerie multimediali e backup rapidi. Nell’uso quotidiano non ho riscontrato rallentamenti o incertezze, e l’affidabilità finora è stata impeccabile. La capacità da 256GB è ben sfruttabile e ideale come disco di lavoro o di supporto. Considerando il prezzo, è difficile chiedere di più. Costa decisamente meno rispetto a molti competitor, ma non ha nulla da invidiare a marchi più blasonati: possiedo anche SSD Samsung EVO e, nell’uso reale, le differenze sono molto contenute. Qui entra in gioco un aspetto fondamentale che spesso si sottovaluta: le prestazioni dipendono moltissimo da cosa ci si collega. Se la porta e l’interfaccia sono adeguate e sufficientemente veloci, questo ORICO dà il meglio di sé. In altre parole, non è solo l’SSD a fare la differenza, ma l’intera catena di collegamento. A conferma della buona esperienza, ne ho acquistati due: uno fisso nella docking station e uno montato in un case trasportabile, da usare in mobilità. In entrambe le configurazioni si è dimostrato affidabile e coerente nelle prestazioni. In sintesi: un SSD NVMe con un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente, ideale per chi vuole velocità e affidabilità senza spendere cifre esagerate. Scelta azzeccata, consigliatissimo 💾⚡️
