I use this to thicken protein shakes and thereby make them more filling. This doesn't seem to have any flavour of its own that I've noticed. A little goes a really long way and thickens up quickly. Can go a bit lumpy if not shaken up/blended quickly enough.

I buy a lot of this product to thicken my vlcd shakes and have bought this particular one before. However, this time it seems to be different. It has konjak gum powder on the pot rather than straight konjak powder. I need much more to adequately thicken a 400ml shake and it has a completely different texture?? Still usable but I may go back to buying "Bulk" brand which never alters.

Arrived quickly, just what I wanted. Easy to use.

I have used Konjac root powder from Bulk Powders but it tasted really nasty and it did not gel in water as it should. I decided t buy this version because it is for making jellies so it should gel easily and it would not have a nasty taste. I also read the reviews which were good. Very happy with this product.

I bought this product for making cosmetics, and it worked a treat in my rose water and hyaluronic acid serum. Mrs. R.
