It works!
I’ve been having histamine issues in menopause my doctor recommended this product and it works! It took a little while but the swelling in my face and joints have gone down and I continue to take it before every meal.

This cured my allergies and roseacea
My neighbor started growing hay on his farm next to my house.. I became incredibly allergic to the hay. Soon after I became allergic to my cats, skin products and many foods. My mouth became irritated every time I ate along with severe roseacea and irritation in my nose, which also turned bright red. Nose sprays made things worse. I saw an allergist but she seemed unaware of any remedy, except for antihistamines which I already took. I cut my diet down to about a dozen items which didn't flare up my condition. While scrolling through Amazon, I came across Life Extention Food Sensitivity Relief with DAO from pea shoots. My allergy symptoms immediately resolved. My face color returned to normal, with no redness, irritation or itching. This is nothing short of a miracle.

The prices for GAO are outrageous except for life extension. Also buy kidney glandular.

Effective vegetarian DAO (but less effective than NaturDAO).
While this supplement does help my histamine/suspected MCAS reactions to high-histamine foods, I tend to need several more than the recommended dose for heavier meals (not sure if that's safe, but I'm still alive, lol). I gravitated toward this product for its simple, vegetarian formulation, and felt safer trying Life Extension's DAO dose before diving into NaturDAO (a much stronger vegetarian DAO supplement). This is now my backup to NaturDAO (I take that product by cutting it into quarters).

Really helps with my histamine intolerance

Severe itching
This product caused severe itching about 40 minutes after I took it. It was like I was allergic to it. I can’t speak to the quality of the ingredients for this reason, but I do trust this brand. This was just not effective for me, and therefore not a good value for money. I also couldn’t find a way to contact the seller, but it does seem that I can return it.

Very helpful to prevent / ease histamine dumps following meals
fantastic for people with histamine - gut issues after eating. Has been a game changer for IBS-C and extreme bloating / histamine dumps after meals.
