They work very well.
Very effective. No side effects for me.just swallow with my meal.decent value for what they do. I am on a carnivores diet so can get quite blocked so I thought I would try these,they definitely worked after a few days. The tablet size isn't too big at all.

Helps with IBS symptoms
This product is amazing, helped me with lower body pains the GP said it was IBS, nope I just needed some of this and it’s all gone. Improves my digestion as well, easy to take and very cheap. Thanks a lot!

Passable for the price
Personally I haven’t found these as effective as other brands on Amazon. The packaging and letterbox friendliness is good. The capsules do have a taste which is very similar to lockable envelopes or Victory lozenges. I may buy again but for now I am going back to previous brand for a little bit more money.

Life-improving.
Following a health query, an AI recommended Psyllium Husk and also probiotic strains including Bifidobacterium lactis HN019 and Bifidobacterium infantis. I bought these capsules and a Wellgut probiotic supplement. I don't know which one made the most difference but, after a week of taking two with my supper, I can honestly say that the combination is pretty life changing. I can see that other purchasers have noted that the capsules can mitigate the pain of trapped wind and that is my experience, too. 10/10, would probably pay more.

Easy to swollow
This capsules are smooth on the outside and easy to swallow with water. There is a neutral taste to them that is not unpleasant and inoffensive. They do the job, satisfied with them.
