I've been using Doctor's Best L-Theanine with AlphaWave for a few weeks now, and it's made a noticeable difference in my sleep and relaxation. I LOVE flip tops! This bottle comes about 1/3 full; a pet peeve of mine. If used as directed it will last two months, so I prefer they use a smaller bottle. The expiration date on this one is Feb 2027, so about 2.75 years from now. There isn't really any smell or taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water. I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says non-GMO. Their website says 3rd-party tested and cGMP certified. This is odd: if I go to the doctorsbest site it says sorry it is currently unavailable, but if I go to drbvitamins.com it takes me to the doctorsbest site and it works fine. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I have taken L-Theanine in the past with good results. I am quite wary of supplement brands because I have come across so many shady ones lately. Doctor's best started over 30 years ago, works with a lot of verifiable suppliers, and has a lot of science available for review on their site. You can look up information on each supplement. And they have a working phone number. The only thing I don't like about this supplement is the fillers. Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.

The best L-Theanine I've tried. For focus and much less jitters if taking caffeine or stimulants for energy. I don't think it would help for sleep.

I buy a lot of Dr Best supplements and vitamins, they are definitely a good quality product
