Terrible coil whine
My unit had extreme coil whine independent of power draw, and I confirmed it was the PSU because there was little to no coil whine with my Corsair Axi 1600 or my Seasonic TX-1600 in the same system. It had no issue powering my 3990+2x4090, but if you're sensitive to coil whine, I would recommend one of those 1600w psus over this.
