There are very few vitamin products that are actually any good when you look at them closely. Either the vitamins are in less easily-absorbed forms, or important ones are present in insufficient quantities. For instance, this is one of the few "A-Z"s I've seen that contains Magnesium in sufficient quantities that you wouldn't need to buy a separate supplement. Looking at the general makeup of it I see that (from my limited reading on the subject), it's making quite a decent attempt at providing men with the nutrients needed for correct hormone balance. That's borne out by my own experience, which is of course only anecdotal evidence... but after few days of taking these, I definitely feel more like I should do. I have more energy, am more grounded, level-headed, have more clarity and feel less helpless/depressed in stressful situations. My hair, skin and nails improve (and hair/nails grow quicker and stronger) - which is a good sign that something's going right. Another thing I've noticed is that the regular A-Z from a regular highstreet shop seems to have no effect on me (other than on my wallet) - and I tend to actually develop mouth ulcers when taking it. In contrast, taking these doesn't have this negative effect - and in fact, I don't think I've ever developed a mouth ulcer when taking these. So what's the catch/downside? -Well, they're pretty pricey (I hope you get what you pay for, as that would make these a source of immortality)! -They smell awful and taste even worse (but you don't buy vitamin tablets for the flavour and you swallow them quickly anyway, so it's not such a big issue). -They're not massive but they're definitely on the larger side, making them a bit less comfortable to swallow. -The recommended dose is 3 of them per day, compounding the first 3 downsides!! Given the high potency of these, you could probably take 1 per day, mitigating the cost slightly, and still see some benefits. So would I recommend them despite the listed downsides? Absolutely! I'd say if you don't buy these, then don't bother buying any vitamin tablets. You may as well pay a fortune for ones that actually work, rather than wasting a small amount of money on ones that have no effect whatsoever.

Really good multivitamins. I’ve been taking them daily and can feel more energy and focus. The quality is great, and they’re easy to swallow. A bit pricey, but worth it for such a trusted brand like Solgar. Definitely recommend.

Excellent quality, my hair and skin , nails, energy are the best ever. Would definitely recommend if looking for a good quality multivitamin.

I’m not totally sure if these are doing much because I don’t feel an obvious difference, but I guess that’s kind of the point with supplements like this. They’re probably helping keep things running smoothly without you noticing. I usually struggle with swallowing tablets, but these aren’t too bad. You can break them up and mix them into water or yogurt if you need to, which makes them much easier to get down. Overall, simple to take and feels like a solid way to cover your vitamins.

I'm on my second bottle of these. Way more potent than previous multivitamins I've taken. Within days of taking these I had more energy and felt my eyesight improve unxpectedly. Family also reported my mood improved! I would concur with other reviewers about the dose, 3 tablets a day keeps me up at night...two is plenty. On the downside the tablets are enormous and I still have trouble swallowing them even after a couple of months practice. I tried crunching them but the taste and smell is.....very organic. Expensive but worth it.

easy to swallow, brilliant quality, ok size, not cheap but does it jobs

This is a supplement I have been using for the the past four months . I’m active throughout the day , taking regular exercise and need something to support my nutrition. If you haven’t been paying too much attention on your nutrition it will definitely give you a lot of stuff your body is missing. Don’t rely solely on it though. You need to eat well and be active. The pills are quite thick and I need to drink a lot of water to swallow. Neutral flavour but when you open up the bottle first time an unpleasant odour rises.

It's not the same product as the "old" green label one. This one has not only different graphics but also much poorer ingredients.

Ive been ordering solgar male multi for yrs. This is the first time i receive an unsealed bottle. Is this a copy item?

Las pastillas saben y huelen mucho a algas, pero al usarlas habitualmente durante un tiempo prolongado, se nota que dan al cuerpo las vitaminas que necesita. Las que no necesita, se eliminan por la orina y se nota, por el color amarillo flúor, con lo que se ve que hacen su función.
