Kinesio Tape - Pre-Cut Knee Support - Optimized Athletic Tape Strips - 3 Single-Use Knee Strips

I have had knee pain for about 2 years from running and riding a bike. I have tried knee braces and bands, but they didn't work great or were too constricting when trying to run. I finally decided to try this out because a friend recommended it. It helped the pain a lot. I can barely feel pain in my knee while I am running. The directions were easy to follow, and application was easy. It last about 3 days for me. I also tried the KT Tape brand, but I thought Kinesio worked better. The only con about this product is that it is kind of expensive. I can get 6 applications of the KT Tape for around $15, while Kinesio Precut is $5 per application.

Best in the business for knee support. Been using these for years now. I play soccer and I get sweaty but these never peel off.

These strips really support your knees. I used them on a recent cruise where they held up reasonably well in the pool. They were perfect on land, supporting my arthritic knees as I went sightseeing. The only reason they aren't five stars is that they should be removed gently and carefully. On older, sensitive skin, removal caused some subcutaneous bleeding. I will order and use more myself as they are the easiest, least bulky of the options I've tried (including one of those heavy, metal framed adjustable braces), but I will be more careful when I remove them.

The product works good and holds for about a week. No complaints there. But the "set" is for 1 use only.

It doesn't make much sense to me, but it works. I ride my road bike a long distance most weekends, typically 100 miles at a time. Before the Kinesio tape a deep knee ache would begin to set in about mile 30. Before the end of the ride, often my knee would hurt so bad I wouldn't be sure how I could go on. My symptoms are consistent with IT band problem. With the Kinesio knee tape, no pain. I can't explain it, but it works. To be fair, I've added some stretching, but frankly, I've not been consistent with it; what has been consistent is the tape. The tape is an inexpensive, non-invasive option. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. A 100% recommended buy.

I have been using K-tape for several years. Great product, really therapeutic. This pre-cut knee kit smelled musty when it came out of the package and the adhesive was very poor quality. It started peeling off within hours of application. I have never had that happen with any other k-tape I have purchased.

relieves pain. physical therapists use it & I bought it as a gift for a friend. for a knee problem came with instructions. if your physical therapist shows you how to apply it, that's even better. Cannot put it on your back for obvious reasons. U Tube has some helpful videos. Not a substitute for seeing a doctor, a physical therapist or a surgeon.
