Check your rope. Failed while sitting in original packaging in a go bag in optimal storage conditions!!
Bought this and put it in my bug out bag which is kept in my house in optimal storage conditions. Went through the bag and found this cordage had self un-sheathed itself. It was still in the original sticky paper wrapping and never been used in any way. No liquids have been spilled on it and it's not been around sharp stuff in any way. It was carefully packed in my Go bag in case of emergencies. It's now useless and dangerous! bought it in 2015, so it's not been in my bag for that long to go bad. Who has ever heard of cordage randomly going bad. Must have been an issue with manufacturing. Very very unhappy with the quality . Buyer beware

Good size to replace a shoelace
I recently broke a shoelace and was disappointed with the replacement shoelaces available in shoe stores--too thin and wouldn't stay knotted. After a little trial and error I discovered that this size cord (3/32") is just right to replace a shoelace in an oxford-style shoe (for bootlaces you'd probably want a larger size). They're more durable than the replacement laces from the shoe stores, they hold a knot well, and there are lots of color options.

Shrinks when wet
Bought "paracord 95" at a local hobby store to use to make a necklace. It shrunk -- by about 15%!Bought this "paracord 275" from Amazon and found it to be indistinguishable from "paracord 95" in every way -- including the shrinkage. I cut it to length to easily slip over the head and hung a medallion from it. Showered with it on 3 times -- it shrunk so much that I couldn't get it over my head and had to cut it off.Does all "paracord" shrink? Does the gold standard, paracord 550, also shrink? If so, why does no one ever mention it?

Great for making "dummy" cords
I purchased this cord to make "dummy cords" for the equipment I carry with me kayaking (radio, GPS, knife, etc). It is thin enough that it doesn't add much bulk to my setup, but strong enough that I don't have to worry about losing anything in a flip (which has happened and the cord helped keep everything together). My only complaint is I can never seem to unwind the 100ft hanks without it making a huge knot for me to untie. I wish it was packaged a little differently (maybe wrapped on a card or something) so that I didn't have quite a mess on my hands from the start.

Same kinking problem that others reported
The kinks that came in this paracord made it absolutely useless. From the other reviews, this seems to have been going on for more than a year. I have purchased this 3/32" paracord in Yellow, Camo, and Black. From my experience and the shared photos of other reviewers, Black seems to be the only cord that suffers from this defect, the others are fantastic. All purchases came through "Built For Survival". Please folks, do something about this!

Better than 550 cord
Essential piece of gear for survival or bushcraft--or for general work. I've always considered 550 cord too bulky and heavy for ultralight backpacking, as well as stronger than necessary for most tasks (the grommets in my tarp or tent will fail with far less than 550 lbs!). With 275 cord, you get about twice the length for the same bulk and weight of the 550... but if you need the strength, you can just double up the 275 lb cord. So it provides far more options. And it has the individual strands inside, just like the 550 has. Just fewer. I'm about to make my second purchase of 100 feet after being VERY pleased with my first. I only wish I could give it more than five stars.

Perfect for cloth masks
I bought this because I wanted something that would work well, and look good, with my Type C homemade cloth masks. A couple of feet of this, plus a barrel cord stop, and I had a durable way to attach my cloth mask to my neck & head, without having it hang off my ears or interfere with my glasses. The 3/32" cord is thin enough to easily slide through the guides on the mask and doesn't add bulk or weight.Plus, the "Jedi" scheme looks great with a dark blue cloth mask.

Nice for hanging plant baskets.
I ordered this to suspend some cedar slatted orchid baskets. The dark olive green color was just as I had hoped it would be and almost disappears in my sunroom. So much prettier than the metal hangers. Completely meets my needs as the wood baskets with orchids are not terribly heavy. My one gripe is that the cord comes in a plastic bag and quickly tangles.

Nice Cord... I'll find a use for it.
The cord I received is great quality and the the strength was good.-But I could not use it for the project I bought it for...the dimensions were not accurate. The cord was thinker than advertised so I could not thread it. Bummer eh.If you buy some - add 1mm to the size they describe. I know it don't seem like much but if you are threading steel eyelets it make a big deal. The cord does not compress much (if any).
