PUMA Men's Future Cat S1 Motorsport Shoe

I purchased this shoe a half size larger than I usually wear, based on other reviews. Unfortunately, a half size was not enough. I returned them for a full size larger and, even though snug, was able to be fairly comfortable. However, within just a few hours of the initial wearing, I had a raw spot rubbed on my heel that still hurts a week later. The left heel was uncomfortable, but the right heel actually rubbed raw, through athletic socks. Something about how the top of the heel comes together with fabric, leather, and rubber was too high and not smooth. Disappointing since it is a really good looking shoe. I can't recommend that no one buys this shoe, it might fit someone else differently, but a fiasco for me.

I'm a car guy, and I LOVE Puma motorsport shoes. I've bought a new pair every year for the past seven years of my life. These looked like great shoes to replace my Ferrari Drift Cat Remixes, but sadly, they have broken my heart. I'm now sitting here with teardrops on my keyboard eating chocolate ice cream as I type this review, because despite how sexy these shoes are, I'm sending them back.The reason? These are some of the most poorly-fitting shoes I have ever put on. I have skinny feet, so generally the low-profile, form-fitting design of Puma motorsport shoes isn't a problem for me. This is the third pair of Future Cats I have bought, and the other two fit great in a size 11, which is what I wear in all shoes.However, for some reason, these shoes are only made for people without pinky toes who like hard leather to dig into their foot in various places.First, the tongue digs into the top of your foot on both sides, which makes bending your ankle very uncomfortable.Secondly, these are RIDICULOUSLY skinny, to the point they cut off circulation to my pinky toes.I could maybe get past those things, but the deal-breaker for me (which I later read in other reviews) is that for some reason, the heel of the left shoe dug into my achilles tendon in such a way that after an hour of wearing them, it literally hurt for three days. Weird.Bottom-line, if you want some sweet-looking shoes that you don't plan on walking in, these are for you. However, if you like walking in shoes AT ALL, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

This is an update on my previous review. It doesn't fit quite well. this is the first time i wore the shoes for 2 days from about 7 am till 8pm and today is the third day. My big toe and small toe hurt really bad. It is a lovely shoe but doesn't fit quite well

Son was pleased with this item, said they do fit just a little bigger than his previous pair of puma's, guess it's the style. I thought it was odd that the laces aren't centered, but off on the side. You can't really tell that by the picture.

Good shoes. Ordered in size 10 and fit comfortably. Found them at a local mall for double Amazon's price so I have to admit it's a good deal.

Great shoe from puma, puma cats always fit great and have that sleek style. Light weight and comfortable shoes that go well with denim.

length is OK but somewhat narrow. Looks good. Ended up returning. Wish there is wide size not just M size.
