I was apprehensive about ordering a helmet without being able to try it on first. Took a gamble and scored. My head is huge at 24.25 inches, and I ordered the 3XL. It fits just right, not too snug, and not loose. Very comfortable. There is nothing about this helmet that bothers me. Easy latch to get on and off. Looks good. Appears to be good quality. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I was honestly skeptical. I have a stable of high-end helmets, and, if Arai still made a classic styled long oval open face, I would have spent the $600 on that. I find that the bulk of "intermediate oval" helmets available today are still too round for my head. After much looking, including trying some other brands locally, I could NOT find anything for my more oval head until I read another review on this helmet and took a chance. I am glad I did! This helmet is light, well-constructed, thinner than most (sits down on your head, not up like a dorky mushroom), and, best of all, it fits my long-ish oval head like a glove. It is true to size. My 61cm head fits snugly in this. I was at first concerned it was too small, but, when I got it on, it felt like a glove or a perfectly fitting cowboy boot (if you know, you know). My Royal Enfield Classic 350 has no fairing or shield, and, while some wind noise is expected in that scenario, it was not excessive. I also have come to love the quick-release strap on this and some other helmets I have had. I cannot recommend this helmet enough - especially if you experience forehead hotspots. That likely means your head is more oval, and this helmet will likely work great for you.

Nice and shiny black just like my Harley! Fits very nicely and is comfortable on longer rides, and lets in just the right amount of rumble from the pipes with the ear pads removed. I love the look and I don't feel like my head is five times bigger than what it is while wearing this lid. I even wear mine while I am just riding the couch!!!

Not a bad helmet for the price. Im coming from a simpson full face because I wanted something a bit smaller with an open face for the summer. (Added for reference) The helmet overall quality is nice, I'm not a huge fan of the ratchet style strap, but that's minor. Ive probably worn it 6 times for less than an hour a piece and ridden in the rain once, unfortunately the bottom pad on the back of the helmet is starting to show early signs wear with the black dye fading to white. Also, according to the guide I should be a large, but it was to tight on my fat head so I exchanged for an XL, unfortunately it still sits a bit high on my head, im hoping the pads wear in a bit to the shape of my skull over time.

The reality is this.....like skinny jeans and spandex yoga pants, some things are just simply not designed to be worn by certain folks. I have a big XL oval shaped head. 23 5/8” in circumference. I wanted a low profile retro 3/4 helmet. I tried the Biltwell Bonanza, Bell 500 and the Sick Lid’s Retro. All fine well made, quality helmets but each of them made me look like an Apollo astronaut. I had all but given up until I had opted to try the Daytona 3/4 Cruiser. Depending on the make, I typically wear either an XL or a 2XL. I ordered both. I’ve found that most helmets are designed for round shaped heads. If you have an oval shape like mine, you’ll typically have an uncomfortable pressure point from the padding across the forehead. Often the only way to overcome this issue is to go a size up. In my case, XL to 2XL. Surprisingly, the Daytona XL fit very well with little kneading of the forehead pad with my thumbs. The 2XL was too large and shifted when I turned my head left to right. I kept the XL and sent the 2XL back with no problems. The Daytona Cruiser is well made, true to its low-profile claim and still fits comfortably well. The ratcheting chin strap is a pleasure to use over the common but cumbersome D-ring. I liked this helmet so much I bought two.

Helmet seems to be good quality and looks nice but runs small. I bought a 2XL Daytona helmet like this one a couple years ago and it looked and fit great. I recently ordered the same thing but it was much smaller than my first purchase. I have been able to compress the foam inside enough to make it usable but was disappointed that it didn't fit correctly right out of the box.

First thing you do is pull that goofy bill off and hide it. Now it looks cool. I have been looking for a 3/4 helmet that didn't make me look like Mr. Mushroom head. Wasted much money on helmets that promised to have a smaller profile but did not. After some research I decided to roll the dice one last time and I am very glad that I did. First it looks great. Best fitting helmet I have ever had. I wear a large and at first I thought it was too tight as it was quite snug out of the box. It even left marks on my bald head, ouch. Then I remembered a review I had read that said if they were too tight to use you thumbs to press down on tight areas. I did that a couple times on each side in the temple area for a couple minutes. Much better now. I wore a do rag under it and that seems to have loosened it up even more. Now it fits snugly but is very comfortable. This helmet is well constructed especially considering the price of $62. Unbelievable bargain. Does not raise up when I cruise at 80 with a wind screen on the bike. My other open faced helmets all do. With a do rag on it is very quiet at 70 and 80 mph. A little more noise without the do rag so I would wear one on a longer ride probably. The matte black color looks good. Also it has a surprisingly nicely fitting chin strap. I may order another one before the price increases. Highly recommend.

It is unfortunate when you request a product from AMAZON and get a bad quality and defected product. it should be checked before it is shipped to the customer. moreover, the refund is either taking long time or it comes with different value !!! till now i am not sure whom to contact? AMAZON or the Dealer !!! I hope this message is received with care to re-solve my concern

Very nice quality and good packaging, also the helmet is light weight and good for long distance rides.
