Beautiful scent but doesn't last as long as I hoped
I've wanted to try this perfume forever after seeing it everywhere, and finally picked up the 2.7oz bottle about a month ago. The scent is gorgeous - it's sweet but not overwhelming, with these nice warm notes that make it feel sophisticated. The bottle design with the heel is really pretty too, looks great on my dresser. I get compliments pretty much every time I wear it, which is always a good sign. The opening is pretty strong with almond and coffee notes, then it settles into something softer and more floral after about 30 minutes. It's definitely a "going out" scent for me, not something I'd wear to work since it's a bit bold. My only complaint is the longevity. For the price point, I was expecting it to last longer. I get maybe 4-5 hours before I need to reapply, which isn't terrible but I've had cheaper perfumes last longer. The sillage is good though - people can smell it without it being overpowering. I find myself reaching for it when I want something that feels a bit more special than my everyday scents. The 2.7oz size is nice because it'll last a while even with regular use, and the atomizer sprays evenly without wasting product. Overall it's a really nice perfume and I'm happy with the purchase, just wish it had better staying power. If you're considering it, I'd say go for it if you like sweet, slightly gourmand scents and don't mind reapplying. It's become one of my favorites for date nights and dinners out. Would probably buy again, though I might try the rollerball version next time for touch-ups throughout the day.
