Generally I respect the work of ATC, but this book is repetitive and uninspired for the beef hamburgers. How many times do we need to read about freezing steak tips to grind them in the food processor? There are a few burger sauces that are interesting. I will try the shrimp burger. But the book is a disappointment. I’m glad I borrowed it from the library instead of buying it. This won’t up your burger game unless you’ve never done veggie burgers and want to try something new. I don’t think they even mentioned what a smash burger is. It was maybe a 40 minute read cover to cover. Happy grilling y’all!
