Very effective
I purchased this alongside the Toto portable bidet. After testing both on a recent out-of-state trip, the CuloClean was my go-to choice. While I liked the ease-of-use, built-in reservoir, and extending wand of the Toto, it just wasn't nearly as effective as a real bidet. It works, but just doesn't really get you clean without some extra help and a second round of spraying. The CuloClean, on the other hand, was nearly as effective as a real bidet. While it was a bit of a wide, shotgun approach -- usually requiring some drying of the toilet seat after using -- it did result in "clean" paper after, which is all one can ask. You also have a lot of control over the strength of the spray by how hard you squeeze the bottle. Don't worry about it leaking water when you flip it over, though -- a teaspoon or less usually spills out, but then physics takes over and the water will sit there until you apply pressure to the bottle. In addition to being effective, the CuloClean is small and easy to carry. You do have to provide your own bottle as a reservoir, but it's still a great choice for the airport or hotel. I plan to keep one at my desk at work or in my "go bag". I think I might finally be able to stop buying and using pocket "flushable" wipes!

Effective, but overpriced
I wish I'd thought of charging $10 for some threaded plastic with a hole through it. Nice and small, lightweight (of course), and it does what you'd expect.

Effective and Excellent - Backpacking Gals or Camp Kitchens
This product is GREAT when you want to use water efficiently to clean upCamp Kitchens - I always want a quick way to wash my hands around the picnic table - without dumping a bunch of water. Standing water draws gnats, pouring from a jug or water bottle uses far more water than I need. This is perfect.Backpacking Folks - This lets you wash your face or anything else you might need with a minimum of weight and water.Backpacking Gals - This thing works incredibly to keep the things clean you need to every month while juggling the trail. Some folks have said they wish it had a 'close' feature so they didn't need to swap it back to the original cap. I wouldn't trust that kind of an open/close feature in my pack, this is perfect to me.After a weekend of use - I'm buying this for all my friends.

Excellent item
Easy to use and always keep your hands clean. Small size, fit perfectly in any plastic bottle without the risk of poping out when you squish the bottle to use it as a portable bidet.

Refreshing, but not effective
There is simply not enough pressure in squeezing a water bottle to make this an effective way to clean your backside. I thru hiked the AT in 2022 and rarely used this due to how much water was needed to use this plus it just didn't clean well. The only thing it was good for was removing the salty sweat that collected in my crack that caused extremely painful chafing. It was a dream to use this to rinse off back there after a long hot day of hiking. However there are other ways to rinse off and I found it just wasn't worth carrying.
